Laadosa Creations is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence across Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website. You will work closely with our design and operations team to plan content, coordinate photoshoots, and turn our sarees, suits, and jewellery collections into scroll-stopping content.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business.
- Coordinate and shoot product photos/reels for new collection launches.
- Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and blog posts for our website.
- Track engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance, and report weekly insights.
- Coordinate with influencers and micro-creators for collaborations.
- Assist with running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads) for new arrivals and festive sales.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion/e-commerce.
- Strong eye for visual aesthetics and comfort with basic photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar).
- Excellent written English and Hindi/Hinglish for captions and customer-facing content.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, and WhatsApp Business tools.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Goregaon East, Mumbai.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the fashion, jewellery, or ethnic wear industry.
- Basic photography/videography skills.
