At Laadosa Creations, every single piece is inspected before it leaves our boutique. Because of the care that goes into this process, our exchange policy is intentionally narrow — it exists for the rare occasions where something genuinely goes wrong, not for a change of mind.
1 Our Policy at a Glance
Wrong / Different Product
You receive an item that's completely different from what you ordered.
Size Mismatch
The size received doesn't match the size you ordered.
No Refunds
We offer exchange only — never a cash or online refund.
Tag Must Be Intact
Products with the brand tag removed cannot be accepted back.
2 What Qualifies for Exchange
We will exchange a product only under these two circumstances:
- Completely different product: the item you received does not match the product you ordered at all (wrong design, wrong item).
- Size difference: the size delivered is different from the size you selected at checkout.
In both cases, the request must be raised within the 7-day window described below, and the product must meet the condition requirements in Section 6.
3 What Does Not Qualify
To keep things fair and consistent, the following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Change of mind, or the product not matching personal expectations of colour/fit/appearance shown on screen.
- Any request for a cash or online refund — Laadosa Creations does not offer refunds under any circumstance. Only exchanges, and only for the two reasons listed above.
- Products where the brand tag has been removed or tampered with (see Section 6).
- Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products that are damaged, soiled, altered, or worn after delivery due to reasons not related to a manufacturing or shipping error.
4 7-Day Exchange Window
Any exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your order tracking. Requests received after this window, regardless of reason, cannot be honoured.
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives so that any genuine issue can be reported well within this window.
5 Our Quality Check Process
Every order that leaves our boutique goes through a strict two-step verification before dispatch:
Video-Recorded Packing
Each order is packed on camera, from unwrapping the product to sealing the parcel — creating a clear record of the exact item and condition shipped.
Manual Quality Check
A member of our team personally inspects every piece for craftsmanship, finish, and accuracy against the order before it is packed.
This recording is what allows us to fairly verify genuine cases of a wrong or different product being sent, and helps us maintain the trust that comes with buying from a small, quality-focused brand.
6 Condition & Tag Requirement
If a product is reported as damaged or defective, it can only be accepted back if the brand tag has not been removed. A product without its original tag will not be eligible for exchange, even within the 7-day window.
Along with the intact tag, the product must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the exact condition it was received.
- Returned with all original packaging, invoice, and any accompanying accessories.
- Free of any alterations, perfume, stains, or signs of wear.
7 How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 7 days
Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos/video of the product.
We verify the issue
Our team cross-checks your case against our packing video and quality-check records.
Approved exchange is arranged
Once approved, we arrange pickup of the original item (tag intact) and dispatch of the correct product/size.
8 Refunds
Laadosa Creations does not offer monetary refunds — to your original payment method, wallet, or as store credit — under any circumstance. Approved cases are resolved exclusively through a product exchange as described above.
