Simply browse our collection, add your favourite pieces to the bag, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery address, choose a payment method, and place your order — you'll receive a confirmation email right away.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellation.
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and further updates as your order is packed, shipped, and delivered.

Yes! Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Orders below that amount have a small shipping charge, shown at checkout.

Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for remote locations.
Returns & Exchange
We offer exchange only — never a refund — and only in two situations: if the product received is completely different from what you ordered, or if there's a size mismatch. Full details are on our Returns & Exchange Policy page.
You must raise a request within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this window cannot be accepted.
The most common reasons are: the brand tag was removed, the 7-day window had passed, or the reason doesn't fall under "different product" or "size mismatch." We check every order against our packing quality-check video before approving a claim.
No. Laadosa Creations does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstance — only product exchanges for the two eligible reasons above.
Product & Quality
Yes — every single order is manually quality-checked and the entire packing process is video recorded, so we can verify the exact condition and item shipped to you.
We try our best to represent products accurately, but slight variations in colour may appear due to screen settings and studio lighting. Handcrafted pieces may also have minor natural variations.
Store pieces in a dry place away from direct sunlight, avoid contact with perfume or water where applicable, and handle embellished pieces gently to preserve their finish.
