2 Shipping Charges
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies. The applicable shipping fee (or "FREE") is always shown clearly on the cart and checkout pages before you place your order — no surprises at the end.
3 Delivery Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Timelines can vary slightly based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.
- Metro cities usually receive orders on the earlier end of this window.
- Remote or rural pin codes may take a day or two longer.
- Delivery estimates are our best assessment and not a guaranteed timeline.
4 Areas We Deliver To
We currently deliver across India through our courier partners. If our courier partner is unable to service a particular pin code, we'll inform you at checkout or reach out to you directly before your order is dispatched. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5 Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it — this includes a manual quality check and a video-recorded packing process (see our Returns & Exchange Policy for details). Orders are usually handed over to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
6 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation. You can check the live status of any order anytime from My Orders in your account dashboard.
7 Cash on Delivery
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Please keep the exact order total ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner may attempt delivery up to a couple of times before returning an undeliverable order to us.
8 Delays & Undeliverable Orders
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier logistics, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or an incorrect/incomplete address. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
9 Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. As with all exchanges, the product can only be accepted back if the original brand tag has not been removed.
